Let’s be #BrilliantTogether ISS STOXX is looking for a Junior ESG Sales Specialist to support our sales efforts across the EMEA territories for our market leading suite of Responsible Investment Solutions. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in the area of Sustainable and Responsible investments, including all aspects of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research and topics along with a financial background and demonstrated sales experience. The role requires a high level of technical acumen, attention to detail, the ability to understand front office needs and strong collaboration skills. Responsibilities Achieve revenue goals by identifying and closing ESG sales prospects Grow ISS' ESG market share, recognition and perception within the investment management and asset owner community Continuously assess ESG market opportunities, define and update a sales plan for territory and discuss with management Build and maintain relationships amongst prospects Record all client and prospect contacts and all meeting and telephone activity information into firm's CRM system Share relevant industry and opportunity information across the sales group and with other departments Qualifications A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within institutional sales and relationship management Bachelor or master’s degree with a background in Finance, Economics, or other related discipline is preferred Track record of relationship management, business development and revenue generation either selling directly or through strategic partners Demonstrated relationship and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines Strong multi-tasking skills, with expert judgment to help set priorities Excellent organizational and verbal skills Absolute personal and business integrity What you can expect from us Our people are the moving force behind ISS STOXX.
