Customer focused Sales Associates sought for our key UK Bang & Olufsen Store. As our new Sales Associate your emphasis will be on one-to-one consultative selling skills, delivering new business through a focused, considered sales approach. Key responsibilities Achieving monthly sales and profit budgets both individually and for the store. Understand and practice the processes of solution selling, using techniques and skills to maximize all opportunities for upselling and add-on selling with both new and existing clients. Enhanced levels of personal presentation with a confident ability to demonstrate showroom products. Ensure the showroom is clean and tidy in line with Company Policies and Procedures, meeting agreed company standards for opening and closing times, appearance, housekeeping, and product display. Maintain and develop relationships with all internal customers. Achieve the required level of customer satisfaction through full use of the CRM System. Deliver a high percentage of satisfied returning customers. Attend, organize, and contribute to all meetings and events as required, including external customer meetings and events, meetings with alliance partners, and in-home product demonstrations. Support the Store Manager in ensuring that all paperwork and spreadsheets are completed in full and on time, as well as supporting items (products/marketing material) that are out of stock. Uphold all Company Policies and Procedures at all times, particularly those relating to Occupational Health and Safety, Trade Practices Act, Discrimination and Harassment, and Privacy Laws. Liaise with other departments within Harrods to expand our database and customer leads. Work with the interior design team in Harrods and external interior design companies to generate new clients. What you bring We are looking for a highly motivated and capable Sales Associate who can demonstrate a proven history of sales in previous roles. You will be required to work to targets that involve closing sales generated from passing trade combined with a proactive sales approach, contacting previous or current clients. Full product training will be provided, but it is expected that

will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role. Moreover, you bring: Energy and enthusiasm to make the showroom an inspirational and energized environment that customers enjoy. Ability to build a comprehensive client base through articulate and knowledgeable communication. Enhanced interpersonal skills. Experience dealing with an affluent customer base. Ability to seek out sales opportunities and build long-lasting relationships with clients and potential clients. Previous experience in a one-to-one customer-oriented organization. Furthermore, this position will have internal interaction with VM, Training, Marketing, and other global functions.
