To help fuel our rapid growth in the Lancashire and Cumbria region, we are currently looking to identify top sales potential for the Orthopaedic Instruments North team in a Sales Associate position. What’s in it for you?

We sell a class-leading portfolio of orthopaedic drill and saw systems, PPE systems, and consumables used in a wide variety of procedures. You will be responsible for:

Being an active citizen in the OI North team culture Alongside your team, quickly understanding your territory, customers, and priorities Maintaining an intense customer and patient focus Fostering fantastic customer relationships Learning the capital sales process from the best in the business Identifying and developing new sales opportunities in both new and existing accounts Going the extra mile for your team and your customers Delivering customer education to ensure safe use of products Aligning with and driving the UK OI strategy Who we want

Degree, ideally in a science or business-based subject - advantageous, but not essential - (or equivalent level experience) Some sales or business experience would be ideal but not essential Desire to take ownership A coachable mentality and a growth mindset Drive and desire to succeed and win Somebody aligned to Stryker’s Values – Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance.
