Our client, a leading world-class aerospace material supplier, specializing in supplying a comprehensive range of chemicals, paints, adhesives, sealants, composites, and consumables tailored for the aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) sector, is looking to recruit a Sales - Back Office Supervisor based at their offices in London. On Offer: An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization that is a highly regarded materials supplier to the Aerospace sector. An attractive salary, dependent on skills and experience. Monday to Friday working pattern, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Annual leave increases to 25 days after successfully completing probation. Pension scheme, social events (Christmas party), option to work one day from home after successful probation period. Main Purpose of the Role: Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the sales function and providing after-sales customer service. Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales – Back Office Supervisor: Providing after-sales support to the customers. Managing the Back Office Sales Team and providing robust training to the team. Processing and acknowledgment of orders. Managing open order reports. Customer liaison. Facilitating AI integration in order processing. Working closely with other departments. Providing admin support to the sales team. Assisting the sales supervisor on various issues and projects when required. Spearheading the transition into customer aftersales support function. To Be Considered: Experience of working in a similar sales back office/after sales customer service role. Experience of supervising/leading teams. Intermediate – advanced Excel and IT skills. Highly dynamic and energetic. Open to working in a highly dynamic and changing work environment. Proven track record of working in a similar environment. Looking forward to continuous learning on the job. Highly focused and maintaining accuracy in extreme pressure situations. Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to offer out-of-the-box solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Advanced planning and project management skills required. Ability to work to strict deadlines.
