Job Description: Overseas Business Development Manager (Petrochemicals) An Overseas Business Development Manager in the petrochemicals sector is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in international markets. Key responsibilities typically include: Market Research: Analyzing global market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners in various regions. Strategic Planning: Developing and executing strategic plans to enter and grow in new markets, including assessing risks and opportunities. Sales and Negotiation: Leading sales efforts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local regulations, trade laws, and environmental standards in different countries. Reporting: Providing regular updates to senior management on market conditions, sales performance, and strategic initiatives. Experience:

Job Specifications: Resourceful & career-oriented professional with experience of more than 5-6 years in Sales & Marketing function, both B2B in EGYPT Markets. Comprehensive strengths in Supply Chain Functions, SEA shipments, Market Analysis, Projecting demand and Supply, People Management, and Sales Strategy Development. Functional knowledge of approaching and onboarding new and potential accounts, managing Sales, and increasing Sales growth. Highly skilled in creating and implementing sales calls, emails and have a motivated, proactive attitude towards business inquiries. Must have a driving license and knowledge of Government procedures and policies for Chemicals Sales, Ports and customs rules and regulations, Land Transport, and Border regulations. Customer Negotiation and End to End follow up with orders, tenders, and price negotiations. Sales Reports Preparation. Constantly develop existing sales to generate sustainable growth & identify customer’s needs, book appointments, and explain company’s products & services. Directly communicate with customers via telephone following a field visit. Responsible for selling a variety of solvents & chemicals to different industries such as Paint Manufacturing, Printing and Packaging & Cosmetics. Reporting to Management and submitting activity/result reports such as daily call reports, weekly task reports, monthly territory analysis and customer-wise sales report. Monitoring Competition in the market by gathering crucial information on competitor pricing, substitute alternatives available, delivery schedules, and payment alternatives. Servicing current customers, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call. Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management. Developing and growing the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration. Managing sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success. Accumulating the sales of Industrial chemicals/solvents and maximizing all revenue opportunities through analyzing local market trends and developing new business leads. Performing client acquisition, existing customer retention, and operations. Developing marketing strategy and understanding current and existing client requirements.
