Dealing with couriers and transport companies. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries. Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and update sales and customer records. Communicate important feedback from customers internally. Stay up-to-date with new products and features. Create customer quotations. Understand sales performance metrics. Exhibit excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Be a team player with a high level of dedication. Ability to work under strict deadlines. Experience/Skills: Strong customer service experience with a proven background. Previous experience in a Sales Support / Sales Order Processing role. Technically minded. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Strong Excel and database knowledge. Experience with SAP is advantageous, but training can be provided. Understanding of manufacturing is an advantage. Experience in generating quotes and sales orders.
