7:00am - 15:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 12:00pm Friday! We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales team by managing client enquiries, processing sales and handling administrative tasks. Your goal will be to ensure smooth operations and a professional approach to meeting customer needs while driving sales success. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers and suppliers. Manage day-to-day customer enquiries and requests, providing timely and professional responses. Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing customer relationships and workstreams. Process and manage flow-through sales items efficiently. Ensure all sales opportunities align with the company’s required margins and risk tolerance. Communicate sales volumes and customer expectations to the production team to balance client demands with internal capacities. Register, manage and monitor sales and tender portals to identify relevant opportunities and gather market intelligence. Serve as the first point of contact for all customer-related queries and issues. Maintain regular communication with customers, answering questions and proactively checking in to foster strong relationships. Investigate, handle and resolve customer complaints and issues, coordinating with other departments as needed. Support marketing initiatives, including coordinating with marketing teams and assisting with trade events and conferences. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar sales support or coordination role. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while recognising when to seek guidance. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A passion for sales and a drive to progress in your career.
