Reporting to the Sales team, the role of Sales Support will be responsible for providing quotations via CRM and processing customer orders (using the bespoke CRM system) efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include high volume order processing and dealing with customers via phone/email to resolve order queries. Experience using SAP/ERP would be a distinct advantage.
