Sales & Community Associate

to join our team at OneCoWork Winckley Square in Preston. This role requires a blend of exceptional organizational skills and a charismatic, relationship-driven approach to sales. Key Responsibilities Drive Membership Growth : Be the primary point of contact for potential members, building strong relationships and delivering tailored workspace solutions. Lead the Sales Process : Conduct tours, manage contract negotiations, and close deals across all membership products. Proactively Generate Leads : Implement outbound strategies, promotions, and partnerships to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue targets. Ensure Seamless Onboarding : Deliver a flawless onboarding experience for every new member. Sales Reporting & Forecasting : Analyze sales performance, collaborate with marketing, and provide accurate pipeline and conversion data for ongoing improvement. Operations & Front Desk Management Be the Face of OneCoWork : Provide exceptional first impressions for potential members and world-class service to existing ones. Oversee Daily Operations : Ensure the space is always pristine, manage opening/closing routines, and handle operational logistics. Assist Maintenance : Report issues promptly to maintain operational excellence. Manage Transactions : Process payments for bookings, renewals, and additional services. Handle Records & Mail : Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure timely mail/package distribution. Community Building & Events Foster Community Engagement : Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where members feel supported and connected. Propose & Host Events : Organize social and professional gatherings to enhance the member experience and promote networking. Manage the Community Calendar : Plan a diverse range of initiatives that cater to member needs. What We’re Looking For A Relationship Builder : Personable, approachable, and skilled at building trust with members and potential clients. Sales Expertise : Proven track record in sales, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or coworking. Exceptional Organization : A detail-oriented multitasker who can manage competing priorities. Tech Savvy : Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and Outlook. Community-Oriented : Passionate about creating meaningful connections and enriching the member experience.
