This is the time to start in a business that is solid with BIG EXPANSION PLANS in 2024/2025. We are looking for a Strong Sales Consultant who is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and maintaining strong brand standards at all times. We want to recruit an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Consultant who is hands-on, commercial, and results-driven, combined with an enthusiasm for delivering world-class customer service. The successful candidate will come from a sales environment with work experience ideally in Homeware, Electronics, DIY, Telecoms, or one-to-one customer service sectors. Responsibilities: Driving customer service standards in your store. Driving sales in-store and supporting site profitability. Achieving store and company KPIs. Keeping up with current trends. Being an active presence on your shop floor. Requirements: Our Client's Sales Consultant role is ideal if you are looking to join a customer-focused brand and seek to be rewarded for your ability to drive sales in-store. To be successful in this position, you will have demonstrable experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, or Brand Ambassador in a Large Format, Sales, or Fashion retail environment. It is essential to have a can-do attitude towards customer experience and building sales.
