Similar Working Pattern Monday to Friday 7:30am until 17:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am until 13:00pm The Role of a Sales Assistant As a Sales Assistant you'll work closely with your Sales Manager to develop exceptional relationships with customers, giving them the best tool hire experience. You’ll support face-to-face queries, telephone and email queries, process orders in the system. What do you need to succeed as a Sales Assistant? You can maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty. You can meet and achieve sales targets. You are familiar with how to upsell and cross-sell products and services. A solution driven mindset to solve problems. What does the Sales Assistant role involve? Working out of our branch, you will handle customer queries over the phone, email, and face to face Embrace sales initiatives across the hub, building strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of branch presentation and service.
