There is now an exciting opportunity to join the business as a Sales Consultant within their Commercial Street, Leeds store. As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of the business, interacting with customers and providing world-class customer service. Main tasks include: Sell jewellery, watches, and gifts Provide expert advice about various products on sale Provide a high standard of service and customer care in their beautiful store Deal with incoming post and direct it to an appropriate department Process incoming stock via internal stock systems Advise customers and deal with their jewellery/watches/gifts brought in for repair; handle all enquiries and ensure the correct administration procedures are followed; deal with valuations and replacement estimates Display products attractively in the display windows to attract, encourage, and motivate attention and sales Maintain care of stock Requirements:
Ideally jewellery focused with GIA certificate and/or Professional Jewellery Diploma or the desire to train to this level Previous experience working for a Jewellery and Watch retailer would be an advantage Excellent communication skills Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service Must be available to work Sundays and Bank Holidays on a rota basis SALARY:
Competitive £salary reflective of experience + pension scheme + staff uniform allowance + staff discount + ongoing training ROTA:
