Each precious item designed and then approved for manufacture is crafted in-house by the company's own jeweller, resulting in customer jewellery ownership dreams being happily fulfilled. Job Role:
Deliver best customer service and purchasing experience consistently. Engage helpfully with clientele in person, online, or by telephone. Present, promote, and sell jewellery and watches to customers eagerly. Organise repairs and prepare quotes for works, gaining necessary sign-offs. Utilise initiative to search the business's inventory and wider marketplace for specific items. Requirements:
Applicants should have a strong background in sales and finely tuned customer service experience in a retail setting. You must possess excellent selling skills, be a fluent and attentive communicator with sound negotiation techniques. You will need to be charismatic, dynamic, organized, and able to operate efficiently and productively. Any specific Jewellery Industry qualification would be advantageous and further underline your long-held passion for our client's sourcing and selling specialty.
