Blocktech MEP are looking on behalf of their client for a sales advisor/consultant to focus on converting inbound calls from potential customers into bookings, outbound calls of qualified leads, and general sales duties to increase business and revenue.

This is not a “cold call” role as the leads are generated from online advertising, client and customer referrals. The role is ideal for someone who can build rapport and confidence in the company to not only book with them but to continue to either utilize our company or recommend the service we provide.

Our client is a highly experienced, independent, practice of Chartered Surveyors & Engineers. They are a well-established family firm which has grown from strength to strength over the last 18 years, whilst maintaining the original values. They offer a range of services including building surveys, structural inspections, party wall matters, structural design, and valuations.

Key Responsibilities: Communicate and liaise effectively with all clients, agents, and colleagues. Responding to qualified leads and understand the needs of the client. Converting leads to achieve maximum company revenue. Building customer relationships and inspiring confidence to encourage repeat business and sell additional services. Maximise account value whilst meeting the genuine needs of the customer. Assisting with diary management - frequently rescheduling, prioritising and gatekeeping. Dealing with incoming emails and phone calls. Projecting a smart, friendly, polite and professional image whilst providing the highest standard of customer care. Maintaining office systems, including online data management, and filing.

Personable attributes for successful candidate: Good telephone manner. Ability to build rapport with customers and clients. A good work ethos and a team player. Professional time keeping and a good attendance record. Able to work in fast-paced call centre type environments.

In Return: £25,000 Basic with an OTE of £45,000 (OTE based on current employee). 8 Hour Days with start and finish times negotiable. 28 Days Holiday Including bank holidays. Potential to grow within the business. Become part of a team not just a number.
