Gieves & Hawkes, a prestigious luxury menswear & tailoring brand, is seeking a talented part-time Sales Consultant to join our team in Chester. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while showcasing our exquisite collection of tailored clothing and accessories.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting garments that suit their style and needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Gieves & Hawkes products, including fabrics, styles, and tailoring techniques
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently
Collaborate with the tailoring team to ensure proper fit and customization of garments
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitor offerings
Participate in inventory management and restocking activities
Assist in visual merchandising to create compelling product displays
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with discerning clientele
In-depth knowledge of men's fashion, tailoring, and current trends
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Proficiency in clienteling and customer relationship management
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Basic math skills for calculating measurements and processing transactions
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
Team player with a collaborative attitude
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
Additional Information
The role has a basic hours of 24hrs per week spread over three days, with the flexibility to cover extra days. We offer store team commission, clothing allowance, and staff discount.
