37.5 hours, Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:30) About the role

As a key team member of our Town & Country Team, you will help with enquiries and build strong relationships with customers, whether in person, on the phone, or via email. Your ability to understand and meet customer needs will shine through in every interaction.

You will also provide support to the Director and wider team with tasks like property marketing, invoicing, and preparing client communications and reports. If you are organised, a great communicator, and enjoy building connections, we would like to hear from you.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career development, with potential to grow and take on more responsibilities as you build your skills and knowledge. Previous experience is not essential, full training will be given to help you succeed and develop in the role. Key responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries (phone, email, in person). Arrange property viewings and valuations, scheduling diary appointments as required. Respond to Home Report, brochure, and property information requests. Match new properties with potential buyers, following up via phone and email. Build strong ongoing relationships with clients through regular phone contact. Promote other Rettie Group services to generate internal business referrals. Proactive use of the sales database to assist with accurate record management and reporting. Supporting the team in ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met. Support the departments strategic marketing plan to include content creation for social media, direct mail canvassing and generating online reviews. Take a proactive approach to personal development, seeking opportunities to enhance skills and capabilities for the role. Key requirements

Essential A proactive and positive attitude for delivering an exceptional level of service Strong administration and organisational skills Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Word, Excel & Outlook Driving Licence (or working towards obtaining) Desirable
