Key Responsibilities: Customer-Centric Approach:
Provide unbiased advice to customers, focusing on understanding their unique requirements and offering tailored solutions that align with their financial goals and lifestyle Proactive Client Engagement:
Reach out to clients who have expressed interest in our offerings, acting as the first point of contact to build lasting relationships and provide timely, personalised assistance In-Depth Product Knowledge:
Develop expertise in plans from leading international and domestic providers, helping clients understand their options and addressing any questions or concerns Quote Generation & Presentation:
Generate accurate quotes based on client needs and effectively present these quotes, highlighting the benefits and value of the proposed plans Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their circumstances and fostering trust in our services
Qualifications and Skills: Experience:
Proven experience in sales, and meeting KPI's/Targets Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset Customer Focus:
A customer-focused approach with dedication to delivering exceptional service Language Skills (Desirable):
Fluency in European languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, or German would be beneficial
