Key responsibilities of the role: Customer experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values. Sales: achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIS by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers. Shop operations: work as a team, carry out inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, among others, so that the point of sale runs smoothly. Shop image: keep the shop properly ordered and up to date with the necessary products to offer to the customer.
