- Two offices in Brixton, an office in Clapham, an office in Balham and an office in Herne Hill. Growing incredibly fast, with the aim to open two new offices in the next four years. Have had more Sales Agreed than any other company in the area: 224 agreed sales this year, with 17.3% market share, compared to their closest competitors with 213 sales agreed and 16.6% market share. Very high staff retention rate, due to great management and a supportive working environment. Every single person in a management position currently started as a Lettings or Sales Negotiator with the company.
What They Offer Basic Salary:
£25K (£30K - Retainer for the first 5 months.) OTE:
£50,000 - £80,000 first year (uncapped commission) NO SALES PROGRESSION
- 100% of your week is focused on securing offers. £10,000 Bonus
if the candidate banks £350,000 £20,000 Bonus
if the candidate banks £475,000 £500 if they hit monthly target (and the office target is reached) and another £500 if you agree two sales over monthly target (whether they hit office target or not). Additional mortgage referral bonuses Access to the whole property register across all branches and get the same commission for selling all of their properties. Clear pathway for progression. All managers started within the company Company car Office hours : Mon-Thur: 8:45am - 7pm. Fri: 8:45am - 6pm. Sat 9am-5pm. Working every other Saturday. Opportunity for half days on Friday before your Saturday off
Requirements Preferably someone currently working (or worked recently) as a sales negotiator, for another agent in the area (Clapham, Brixton, Herne Hill etc). To hit the ground running, they are looking for ambitious individuals that are looking for a longer-term project and willing to progress and push the company forward over time. Hungry, driven negotiator who is prepared to put in hard work to develop within this industry. Competitive individual who is looking to work for one of the market leaders (the leading independent agent) in their core area. Someone who is looking to move into potential management roles. An individual who is going to fit in with a hard-working sales team. Full clean driving license.
