The Role

Are you a passionate Sales Consultant eager to make an impact in the growing renewable energy sector? This could be the perfect role for you! As a Commercial or Residential Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, driving growth by identifying new opportunities and engaging potential clients. You’ll manage the end-to-end sales process, including conducting site surveys, preparing system designs, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Your role will also involve managing the sales pipeline, providing quotations, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Identify opportunities, engage clients, and expand market reach. Deal Closing: Oversee sales processes, negotiate terms, and close deals to exceed targets. Site Surveys: Conduct surveys and develop designs for PV, heat pumps, and batteries. Pipeline Management: Maintain prospects, track progress, and follow up to meet objectives. Customer Engagement: Use CRM tools to manage interactions, quotations, and contracts. Team Collaboration: Work with designers to refine and optimize system performance. Technical Expertise: Stay updated on PV and renewable technologies to offer top solutions. Market Research: Analyze trends and competitors to refine sales strategies. Reporting: Track activities, performance, and feedback to enhance sales tactics. What We’re Looking For:

Sales Expertise: Proven track record in commercial or residential sales growth. Negotiation Skills: Experience closing deals, meeting targets, and building relationships. Pipeline Management: Ability to optimize sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups. Results-Driven: Focus on exceeding sales targets through strategic planning. Customer Engagement: Proficiency in CRM tools to manage quotations and client relations. Market Insight: Analytical skills to adapt strategies based on trends and competitors. Client Relations: Strong interpersonal skills for building long-term partnerships. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PV, batteries, and related design tools. Surveying Experience: Expertise in site surveys and tailoring solutions to client needs. Electrical Basics: Knowledge of electrical systems applied to renewable energy projects. Benefits
