Permanent, Full Time. Pickfords is a fantastic national brand that specializes in removals and storage, offering a full range of professional removals and storage services for home and business. Job Purpose:
Grow territory revenue within the brand image and deliver profitable revenue in line with margin expectation and targets. In conjunction with the Group Manager, identify, establish and develop a successful sales process, for office based (video) and field surveys. Define a sales strategy to effectively service the Group's requirements. Responsibilities:
Complete customer surveys via telephone, video call, self survey, and field sales as appropriate. Record all enquiries/quotations in Navision. Identify customer buying criteria. Conduct price bounce to gauge customer reaction. Provide accurate costings via costing form and table. Determine margin through factors such as move date, insurance value, competition and customer confidence in brand. Manage insurance sales and uplifts. Introduce affiliate revenue streams. Prepare and submit quotations to customers. Follow up all jobs to conclusion and maintain records in Navision. Work with the Operations team to plan moves to establish appropriate service standards. Brief local operational team prior to move date. Provide holiday and sickness cover for operations. KPI'S:
Achieve annual revenue targets. Meet sales productivity target. Maintain conversion rates from PF04. Achieve product margins via PF10 report. Conduct 12 monthly sales reviews. Strive for sales person of the year. Avoid zero quotes with past move dates. Submit quotes within the required timescale. Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Previous sales experience. Good negotiating and influencing skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. PC literate. Ability to build alliances and maintain relationships. Ability to understand both customer and competitive environment. Good networking skills. Commercial awareness. Personal Attributes:
