BIG ANT has a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join a lovely Sales Team at a well-known home furnishings store in Paignton. This is a part-time role working 24 hrs a week which also requires working 1 in 3 weekends on an advanced rota basis.
Established in 1945, this store is part of one of the largest and most successful home furnishings groups in the UK. They've built a reputation for offering the highest quality home furnishings and housing many of the leading brands, proudly serving the families of Paignton for over 74 years.
If you love talking to customers and are happy to help them find their perfect home furnishings, we want to hear from you. The busiest days are typically weekends, so you'll need to commit to at least one weekend in three. The contract is for 5 days a week, so when you do weekends, you'll have time off in the week.
Previous sales experience is ideal and knowledge of the industry isn't necessary, but don't worry if you haven't got it - quality training will be provided. It's preferable that you've demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, where you've engaged and served customers.
