Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Consultant to join our client based in Cradley Heath.
Main purpose of the role is to be part of a successful internal sales team, working alongside external colleagues to meet and achieve agreed group and personal targets. Completing sales campaigns by product and sector.
The sales consultant will be responsible for 2 external regions and will be targeted on achieving regional targets.
Duties
Evaluating and reviewing sales performance Processing orders and managing the CRM system Agreeing improvements and monitoring outcomes Generating sales leads and providing quotations Maintaining relationships with new and existing merchants Managing key contacts Skills and Experience
Excellent attention to detail Previous sales experience Strong background in closing sales and generating leads Benefits
22 days holiday plus 8 days public and bank holidays Auto-enrolment to company pension with 5% contribution by the employer, which includes Life Assurance cover (Death in Service) Salary 28k, with a bonus structure up to 20% of annual salary, on achieving sales targets within the regions managed. Hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
