Abel Homes are an award-winning, family-owned independent housebuilder with a number of developments across Norfolk. Through a move of staff internally within the company, a position has arisen for an experienced Sales Consultant at our busy development in Swaffham. This provides an excellent opportunity for the right person to work at this exciting new site.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Meet and greet clients to the development. Promote the company and its properties, leading to an excellent sales record. Liaise with customers and accompany viewings. Respond to telephone and email enquiries. Manage the customer database and keep clients up-to-date on releases. Be knowledgeable about all Abel Homes developments and cross-sell these. Maintain administrative records and complete reservation paperwork. Required Skills:
Previous experience within new home sales or property sales is beneficial. Excellent customer care. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-presented. Confident in dealing with customers. Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships. Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Thursday to Monday. Salary:
