Industrial shredder specialist UNTHA UK has begun the search for the next generation of sales talent, as our rapidly growing business continues to drive change in the world of waste, recycling and sustainability. Over the last five years, UNTHA UK has grown from a ~£6.5m turnover organisation to a ~£19m+ business. This represents 192% expansion and makes us one of the highest-performing subsidiaries in a global ~€80m+ group. A relatively lean company, this success has been driven by a strong vision among the SLT, a progressive use of technology – with UNTHA UK being hailed a ‘leading light’ (one of the top 10 organisations) in the Digital Top 100 awards – and a dynamic, team-oriented culture among a committed workforce. The business has grown to become one of the most recognised and premium brands in the waste machinery sector, with UNTHA’s shredders hitting headline after headline for the environmental transformation they are achieving in industry. As we set our sights on our next chapter of growth, now is the time to further invest in UNTHA UK’s sales division, adding greater breadth and depth of talent to our hard-working sales and marketing department. Are you the person we're looking for? For this field-based role, it's less about location, and more about what you could bring to our progressive business (and hopefully, what we can offer you in return!) This position will suit a self-starter, who isn't afraid of a target, and who can demonstrate consistent sales success, not simply a health-looking pipeline. Knowledge of our industry would definitely be an advantage, but we would also consider someone with a proven track record of selling high-value capital equipment (with a sales value of £40k-2m) in manufacturing or other industrial environments. You will be responsible for building your own sales opportunities, developing relationships with our key accounts, and nurturing leads from UNTHA UK's well-oiled marketing activity. Close collaboration with the wider sales team, support staff, and marketing department is crucial. However, it is important to stress that this will be a hands-on, field-based role. The position will therefore suit someone who works in full support of the company’s goals and objectives, but who also seeks their own high-earning potential. What will really catch our eye? Sometimes, the most unexpected application stands out from the crowd, so if you think you are the person we're looking for, please let us know. In terms of what will catch our eye, we're currently looking for someone: Who has sold circa 20 units per year, not only 1-2 'big ticket' items Who can evidence circa £4m annual sales revenue With proficient experience of Microsoft Dynamics’ CRM system – or similar Who relishes being customer-facing, getting to the heart of a challenge or problem With the intellectual bandwidth to learn about a complex product range, as well as business acumen, tenacity and strong communication skills Who is excited to join us on our latest chapter of growth, with the chance to build your

individual

profile/voice in the industry (with the help of our marketing team) Please note, this is a home-based role, but frequent travel to UNTHA UK's North Yorkshire head office, and existing/prospective customer sites, will be required. What we will offer you A dynamic and supportive working environment in the fast-moving sustainability industry, where the efforts of a long-standing but growing team are complemented by a significant investment in technology. Other workplace benefits include: Competitive salary and commission rate Company car (BMW) Regular staff meals and social events (optional) Quarterly company-wide town hall meetings, to ensure inclusion during growth ‘Employee of the quarter’ award Entry into relevant industry awards, for company and/or individual recognition Continued professional development and career progression Access to online E-learning platform Support from UNTHA UK’s wellbeing champions A day’s leave on your birthday Opportunity to support the company’s charitable initiatives Free on-site parking (only 2 mins from junction 48 of A1 (m)) 21 days holiday, rising to 25 after 4 years’ service Company pension scheme Employee Assistance programme Company notes UNTHA UK is the country’s leading provider of industrial shredders for waste, recycling and energy recovery projects, of varying degrees of complexity. In fact, some of the UK’s most pioneering environmental sites have UNTHA shredding technology at the heart. Part of a global group of shredding specialists – with our HQ located in Salzburg, Austria – the UNTHA brand is globally recognised for world class innovation. Drawing upon over 50 years of shredding heritage, the team is passionate about driving progressive change. It’s one thing

promising

to put the customer at the heart of everything. It’s another to

on that promise. At UNTHA, we listen. We learn. We innovate. We support. We maintain. We shred. Seniority level
