Here at Deichmann UK, we are looking to appoint a Sales Coordination Assistant to support with the administrative duties in our Sales Coordination team.


You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive an initial salary of £23,000 per annum.


This is an office based role, working from 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday - Thursday, and from 8.45am - 4.30pm on a Friday.


Ideal candidate:

You will provide timely, high quality, administrative assistance to the sales coordination team, who as well as planning and coordinating corporate events have responsibility for operational communication's to stores; incorporating product, merchandising & visual merchandising information.


You must have good administration skills, be able to show initiative, problem solve and think on your feet.


Alongside this you will be a people person, with an ability to plan and co-ordinate a varied workload, with a passion for delivering an exceptional service to your customers; external suppliers, colleagues based in head office, and in the retail stores.


Key activities:

  • Computer literate, Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint at least to intermediate level
  • Very well organised with the ability to multi task, prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience within an office environment is desirable, but not essential
  • Numerate

  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good eye for detail
