Full-time, Monday to Friday We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our busy and dynamic sales department. In this permanent role, you will play a key part in supporting the Sales Director, creating accurate quotations, estimates, and proposals for new customer opportunities, while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless processes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in an electronics business, particularly those with a background in estimating, bid and proposal support, or quotation generation in industries such as PCB assembly or cable assembly. Key Responsibilities for the Sales Coordinator:

Generate, prepare, and upload detailed quotations and estimates for new customer proposals, working across PCB assembly, cable assembly, and related products. Communicate with internal stakeholders such as sales, engineering, and production teams to gather information and ensure accurate pricing and specifications. Utilise spreadsheets to track, organise, and manage quote data, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotations. Support the Sales Director and sales teams in the preparation of bid proposals for new and existing customers. Ensure all quotes are competitive and align with customer requirements and internal cost structures. Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows for the quoting process. Manage customer queries related to quotations and provide clear technical and pricing information as needed. The Ideal Candidate will ideally have:

Previous experience in a similar estimating or quotation role, ideally within an electronics business or manufacturing environment (PCB assembly, cable assembly). Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel) for tracking and analysing data, as well as uploading information into internal systems. Excellent attention to detail and ability to generate accurate and competitive quotes under tight deadlines. Experience working with internal teams (engineering, sales, production) and managing the flow of information for accurate quoting. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving. Experience supporting bid and proposal processes would be advantageous. Why Join Us?
