you'll be responsible for: Managing customer enquires via phone and our centralised inbox Managing a ledger of customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to upsell and expand business Raising quotes, processing sales orders and liaising with suppliers to order stock This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in sales who is looking for training and support to develop their career. And here's what we'd like you to have: A clear passion for sales and a keen interest to progress in a career in sales Sales experience is desirable Customer service experience with experience liaising with customers over the phone and email Confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build effective relationships Full training will be provided We look forward to receiving your application!
