The Opportunity We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised

Sales Coordinator/Executive Assistant

to join a leading player in the

sustainable packaging industry for skincare and personal care products . This is your chance to step into a dynamic role that combines coordination, communication, and administrative support at the heart of a fast-paced sales environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys making a genuine impact. You’ll be the glue that holds the Sales and Account Management teams together, ensuring smooth operations, seamless communication, and efficient task allocation. What You’ll Be Doing As a central figure in the team, your responsibilities will include: Being the first point of contact for new sales enquiries – evaluating, qualifying, and directing them to the appropriate teams. Coordinating and arranging travel for the team, ensuring every detail is covered for smooth client visits. Providing first-class administrative support, from preparing meeting agendas to capturing actions and ensuring follow-ups. Maintaining and updating the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and visibility of sales opportunities. Allocating tasks for ongoing projects and keeping the team on track to deliver outstanding results. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who: Has a background in administrative, executive support, or sales coordination roles, ideally in a B2B setting. Possesses outstanding organisational skills and thrives on keeping things running smoothly. Communicates confidently and effectively with people at all levels. Has experience using CRM systems and is confident managing data and generating reports. Is proactive, positive, and always ready to tackle new challenges.
