As a Sales advisor here at Glasgow CCC you will be reporting to Brian Ross who is a highly experienced contact centre manager. Brian along with the friendly team of advisors and team leaders will be providing ongoing support to ensure that you have the tools needed to perform to the very best of your ability. You will also receive brand specific training which will enable you to progress within the business long term. Responsibilities Provide fantastic customer service to all customers enquiring about purchasing a vehicleManage your own workload to ensure leads are followed up and customers are contacted at the correct timeDeal with enquiries via the telephone, email, and manufacturer platformsWork towards manufacturer KPI'sProvide as much detail on the enquiry to the dealership to allow a fantastic customer experience Qualifications The ideal candidate will be highly organised, ambitious, and have a positive can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as is a friendly and professional telephone manner and a good level of computer literacy with the ability to multitask. Full training will be provided as part of your induction and ongoing learning, allowing you to expand your knowledge of the automotive sector.
