Sales & Customer Support Executive
to join their small, dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales and providing dedicated customer support to meet and exceed company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Sales Development:
Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers to meet sales targets. Supplier Relationships:
Build and manage strong relationships with key suppliers to secure the best pricing and opportunities. Order Processing:
Manage sales orders from conception through to final shipment, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Quotation and Purchase Orders:
Request and negotiate quotations from suppliers, raise purchase orders, and manage order fulfilment. Sales and Technical Support:
Provide comprehensive support to key customers, offering value-added solutions like cable assembly, box builds, special designs, and kitting. Collaboration:
Work closely with sales colleagues and the Director.
