About the Role Our client, a trusted supplier of high-quality components and value-added services to diverse markets, is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Executive to join their small, dedicated sales team. In this role, you’ll be a key player, developing customer relationships, managing sales processes, and promoting value-added services such as cable assembly, box builds, and custom designs. Your ability to balance customer support with sales development will be essential to meeting and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities Customer Development: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales goals. Supplier Relations: Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and secure the best opportunities. Order Management: Process sales orders from initial enquiry through to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout. Quotation & Procurement: Generate and request quotations, raise purchase orders, and ensure efficient order fulfilment. Technical Support: Provide tailored solutions and technical support to meet customer needs.
