uniform, paid training course & much more! What will you do as a Sales Desk & Baggage Tracing Agent? Help our customers with
flight bookings
and
additional product sales . Work to resolve customer enquiries such as
flight changes
and
escalated queries . Monitor the customer queues and queue times to ensure efficiency and compliance with
company standards
and
operating procedures . Offer a
dedicated service
to ensure we return items to their owners as quickly and efficiently as possible using World Tracer (our Baggage Tracing System). Effectively
support
our customers, arranging alternative flights, accommodation and transfers in times of
disruption
and
delays . Communicate effectively
with our customers at all times, demonstrating a
friendly, professional approach , ensuring every customer feels like a VIP. This is a
varied
and
fulfilling
role with operational impact and will play a vital part in ensuring we achieve our
Sales
and
Customer Satisfaction
targets. As we are always on hand to help our customers, this position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requires
flexibility
to support our flight programme. This is a
rostered
role that requires shift working, so flexibility is required - shift patterns are a rolling shift pattern of 4 shifts on, 2 rest days off. Shifts will include
very early starts, late finishes, working weekends & bank holidays . What Skills & Experience will you need? Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in
handling customer queries
in a
fast-paced, airline or travel
environment. Have a genuine passion for delivering
great customer service . Have previous experience of successfully
meeting sales targets
would be beneficial. A good working knowledge of
Microsoft Packages
including Outlook and Excel, with
good numeracy and communication skills. We are seeking
adaptable ,
self-motivated
individuals with good
time management
skills who enjoy
resolving complex customer situations
