We are looking for a Growth Manager, at Sales Development Representative stage, so ultimately, someone who can fill up the diary but also someone who has aspirations to become an Account Exec and manage their own pipeline and opportunities as well.

About this growth role within the team

This role has been created following significant growth in the team which achieved 114% of H1 Target - the right person will help us double down on our goals and help us prepare/build pipeline for 2025. The successful candidate's main role and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Identifying prospective companies that we would like to work with, and that fit within our ideal customer profile. Reaching out to prospective clients via e-mail, LinkedIn and calls with the aim of booking initial meetings with them. It is also our responsibility to pitch to these businesses, either virtually or face to face. Manage your pipeline of leads by having regular communication with the Broking team on progress with your prospects. Attend industry networking events to find potential prospects. Maintaining good record keeping and data management within our CRM and meeting weekly KPI's. Deliver consistent and timely responses and follow-up in response to partner requests and issues. This role reports directly to the Growth Lead and you must be able to work collaboratively with teams across the business including Broking, Partnerships and Marketing to support on key cross-department initiatives.

About you: 1+ years of professional experience in commercial sales roles, with experience in sales outreach, holding key stakeholder conversations, pitching both F2F & virtually and meeting KPI's. You naturally have a commercial mindset, enjoy building relationships and are a clear, concise and effective communicator. You have an interest in the UK's tech ecosystem. The exposure/interest towards the UK VC ecosystem, tech that we use, or insurance knowledge is useful BUT not essential! You will get a lot of autonomy. You should be comfortable working in an environment where entrepreneurship is valued and teamwork, collaboration and commercial outcomes are expected.

Everything we can offer you Salary: above market rate & very competitive, depending on experience. Bonus - up to 20% of salary dependent upon delivery against KPIs. A chance to be part of a fast growing and entrepreneurial team where you get the freedom to shape your work and really make an impact. We want everyone to feel the upside of growth, so each team member owns a share of the business. By joining now, you'll be getting in on the scheme. This is a place where we're all growing and stretching ourselves, which means taking time to switch off is important. Everyone has 25 days paid holiday each year, plus their birthday as an extra day off (because we believe no one should work on their birthday) as well as paid time off between Christmas and New Year to rest and recharge. Part of being a force for good in business is being generous with our time and skills, so everyone can take up to 10 days off per year to volunteer for causes they are passionate about.

What makes you right for us Problem solvers and people who can take leaps - we're the first of our kind in the UK, which means there isn't a well-trodden path for any of us to follow. You'll need to be able to generate ideas and practical solutions without a set of rules. 'People' people - we love our clients, and we wouldn't exist without them. We also know the success of our business rests on the quality of our relationships both with our customers and with each other as a team. We're a warm and generous bunch and everyone needs to be brilliant at communicating and forging trust quickly with others. Sharing our vision - working here requires energy, tenacity and commitment. You'll need to feel passionate about the idea that business can be a force for good and feel excited about helping to make that happen. Responsible - We all take pride in our individual contributions, making sure that we follow through on our promises and taking care with the details.
