We are currently recruiting for a unique and exciting role on behalf of our client based in Bournemouth who is accelerating their growth.

They have a fantastic opportunity for a

Sales Development Executive

to join their dynamic team.

This busy role will mean you are the first point of contact in their customer journey. You'll be processing and qualifying warm leads from their partner agencies and will primarily schedule high-quality appointments for their Sales Specialists.

Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will need strong sales skills, enthusiasm, a friendly attitude, and excellent rapport-building abilities to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities: Working through their CRM internal dialler system, arranging appointments for customers who have expressed an interest in the service. Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets. Build relationships with customers to achieve high-quality retention and conversion appointments for the sales team. Ensure a great customer experience while educating customers about our service throughout the booking process. Providing appointment support, answering inbound calls from customers and qualifying them for the sales team.

You will also have a genuine passion for sales with a proven track record of working in a targeted environment and possessing a self-motivated approach towards work. Confident communication skills, with a professional, friendly can-do attitude, are essential to the role.

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week Hybrid position:

2 days working from home and 3 from the office.
