Are you a proven SDR leader with 5+ years of experience building exceptional teams? While you've mastered developing high-performing SDRs, perhaps you're seeking a new challenge — an environment where you can forge a culture of excellence. Here, hitting targets isn't just expected; it's the natural result of inspired leadership and continuous growth. If your current role has become routine — focused solely on lead generation without deeper purpose — we're offering something more meaningful. We believe in unlocking potential. Here, you’re not just another cog in the machine; you’re a valued contributor who’ll work directly with a proven SDR Manager who’s committed to helping you sharpen your craft. This isn’t about churning out leads; it’s about building meaningful relationships, mastering modern outreach tactics, and becoming the kind of salesperson who excels in any market. The Responsibilities
Build & Mentor a Top-Tier SDR Team: You’ll recruit, train, and shape a team that knows how to deliver qualified leads that truly matter—no dead ends or wasted efforts. Champion Modern Outreach Tactics: Your team will leverage phone, email, social selling, and networking channels. You’ll integrate cutting-edge sales technologies and best practices to nurture relationships and fill the pipeline with valuable opportunities. Create a Culture of Growth & Excellence: From day one, you’ll set the tone for an environment where professional development is the norm. You’ll foster continuous learning, regular coaching, and the kind of camaraderie that makes hitting targets feel like a team sport. Drive Results & Accountability: Your leadership will focus on consistent performance management—maintaining a team of self-motivated experts who crave mastery. You’ll set ambitious targets around meetings, opportunities, event attendance, and key metrics, then lead your team to surpass them. Act as a Strategic Connector: Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure full alignment. Your insights and data-driven approach will help refine strategies, making the transition from lead to closed deal smoother and more productive. The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be: A proven leader: You’ve got at least five years of experience managing SDR teams who hit well above target – no time wasted on coasters or complacent mindsets. Driven & innovative: You know sales development isn’t just about dialling numbers. You’re comfortable analysing metrics, iterating playbooks, and continuously tweaking strategies to improve outcomes. People-focused & fun-loving: You can push for peak performance without sacrificing culture. You’ll create a space where the team enjoys coming to work, shares best practices, and grows together. Skills required: Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and priorities Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge Ability to prioritise workload to ensure that team targets are met A strong team player Willing to learn on the job from peers and confident to ask for help when needed The Company
