About the Role: Sitecore is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our team of EMEA based SDRs. The SDR Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales pipeline through effective leadership, strategic oversight, and mentorship. This role requires a blend of strong coaching abilities, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of sales development processes. What You’ll Do: Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed their targets. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to help team members grow their careers. Performance Management: Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team. Monitor individual and team performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and efficiency. Strategy Development: Work closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with overall business objectives. Continuously optimize and refine SDR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for SDR initiatives. Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with stakeholders. Regional Sales Alignment: Partner with EMEA sales leadership across multiple countries to support and drive overall regional success of sales initiative and goals. Sales Development Expertise: Utilize a deep understanding of sales development best practices and industry trends to drive innovation and improvements within the team. Reporting and Analysis: Leverage data and analytics to track progress, identify trends, and forecast future performance. Cultural Leadership: Foster a strong team culture based on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Encourage a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to succeed. What You Need to Succeed: 3+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a management or leadership role. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated with a passion for coaching and developing junior team members. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools, preferably Salesloft.
