You will be experienced in working within the third sector with a specific understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with organisations working with advice and guidance including businesses and schools. You will be a qualified trainer or teacher with a strong background in working with colleagues to build robust training courses and services which can be marketed to boost profitability. This will be a varied role, so you will possess strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial approach and sales management skills. You will work within a high performing and friendly team towards a set sales target and will collaborate with new and existing clients to ensure that sales targets are met. Interested in joining us? The salary for the role will commence at £35,977 up to £39,500 for a 35-hour week and we have great benefits and plenty of opportunities for staff training and internal progression.
