Working with a new and existing client base you will act as the door opener conducting thorough fact finds with customers before handing things over to the BDM. This is the perfect role for someone with a hunter mentality who wants the opportunity to build a sales career. Your working day: Making more than 50 outbound calls daily to both new and existing customers Conducting thorough fact finds to discuss services/book appointments for BDM Articulating the business credibly to ensure prospects understand where they will benefit from using their services Using all tools available to identify prospects such as LinkedIn, CRM, Google, etc. Ensuring the CRM is always updated, conducting follow-up calls/emails where necessary. You! You must have a hunter mentality and the perseverance to leave no stone unturned Happy to work towards targets – daily, weekly, and monthly Strong communication skills both written and verbal are integral to the success of the role as you will be speaking to influential decision makers At least 6-12 months experience in an outbound sales role You must hold yourself accountable and responsible when working towards targets Professionalism, someone who enjoys networking as well as attending business events Personality fit is the most important; complimenting their amazing team dynamic is integral!
