This is primarily an office-based role in Aberdeen, but we do offer flexibility for occasional WFH. Hours:

Full-time is preferable, but we would consider part-time hours for the right person. Salary:

£26,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience, plus a bonus structure for meetings scheduled that result in a sale. The Company Salus Technical was founded with one goal: to make sure everyone in the high-hazard industries gets home safely. We are a small but ambitious team aiming to achieve 10x growth in the next five years. To make this happen, we need a driven, detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build and grow our sales pipeline. Salus is comprised of three business units: Software, Engineering, and Training. What Can We Offer? Salary:

The Role The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on the top of the sales funnel, playing a vital role in generating leads and scheduling high-quality meetings for our Business Development Representative (BDR). This is a dynamic and varied role that includes: Focus Areas: Concentrate on promoting our Salus Suite Software and Process Safety On-demand Training, which are sold all over the world. Lead Generation and Outreach: Utilize email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp) to design and execute targeted campaigns. Proactively contact prospects through email and cold calls to generate new sales opportunities. Collaborate with the team to identify industries and sectors for focused campaigns. Lead Nurturing: Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify them as potential sales opportunities. Conduct follow-ups and initial discussions to confirm if our products and services are a good fit. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects within the CRM (HubSpot). Ensure accurate tracking of all interactions and refine the lead generation playbook by identifying best practices. Scheduling Meetings: Schedule high-quality meetings between qualified leads and the Business Development Representative (BDR) or Founder. Requirements Experience in these areas is beneficial but not essential; we value attitude and a willingness to learn above all else: Sales experience, with a strong track record of lead generation and nurturing. Hands-on experience with email marketing tools like MailChimp. Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot for managing leads and tracking engagement. Strong communication skills, both verbal (via phone) and written (via email). Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized. Great attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Who Are We Looking For?
