We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-paced Sales team. About the Job: The job will involve booking demonstrations from inbound and outbound prospects within the care sector as well as answering queries from prospects on multiple platforms such as intercom, phone, and email. You will be coordinating and supporting the sales team by managing schedules and booking appointments. Additionally, you will undertake market research, recording trends, and reporting back to the sales team. The role will involve data entry, including the management of CRM, using the CRM, and actively cleansing the data to ensure records are up to date. You will be part of the wider sales team, joining meetings with Marketing, Sales, and Products. The role and your responsibilities: Outbound calling to new potential prospects each day with the view of booking 1-2 small prospects each day. Handling a high level of inbound enquiries via phone/email/website and booking them in for demos when they come through. Qualifying prospect data that comes through before booking in demonstrations. Working to your own individual target supplied by your manager as well as working in a team to achieve the group target. Speaking with prospects over the phone, intercom, and email and demonstrating a good understanding of the platform. Attending face-to-face and virtual training held by your manager and other members of the business. Keeping your tasks and admin up to date and clean each day on Hubspot. Cross-functional working – closely working with implementation, customer success, and finance teams to ensure we deliver a high-quality experience for customers. Taking on new projects assigned to you by your manager or wider team and working them to a deadline. Required experience: A minimum of 1 year of outbound sales B2B/B2C calling. Experience in using Hubspot CRM preferable. Results-driven, ambitious, and remarkably confident. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn, methodical, organised, and sharp attention to detail. Demonstrate a consistent and strong background in sales.
