With exciting growth goals, we are on the search for a driven Sales Development Rep to play a key role in expanding our customer base. If you’re passionate about building relationships, hitting targets, and helping customers unlock their potential, we want to hear from you.

Your mission As a Sales Development Rep joining our Sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent rapport building skills. You will have experience of working to sales targets using a variety of inbound and outbound channels.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

New Business Acquisition: Sell Dash to new customers, smashing ambitious but achievable sales targets.

Prospecting: Generate new leads through multiple channels, both inbound and outbound.

Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to convert leads and prospects into customers.

Pipeline Management: Build and own a high-performing pipeline for accurate forecasting and timely deal closures.

Sales Process Optimisation: Evaluate and refine our sales processes to improve efficiency and lead conversion.

Client relationship management: Develop strong connections with prospects, partners, and customers.

Product Expertise: Demonstrate your product expertise and ICP knowledge to prospects.

Collaboration: Partner with our marketing and product teams to share insights, align strategies, and accelerate growth.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

3+ years in SaaS sales ideally in the ecommerce sector.

Proven success managing pipelines for inbound and outbound sales.

Expertise with CRMs like HubSpot and tools like LinkedIn Navigator.

Outstanding communication and rapport-building skills.

A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for exceeding targets.

Salary: £40-£50K basic + commission + company profit share
