Sales Development Representative (SDR)

is a key position within our company, responsible for driving demand into Large Enterprise organizations. The role will undertake profiling and research to uncover potential new business opportunities for the company, building connections and using this key intelligence and intent signals to conduct timely, relevant, and personalized outreach to engage with organizations. Positioning Xalient solutions and services to new prospects to secure discovery meetings for our global sales team. The successful candidate would be driven, customer centric, data obsessed and highly organized, with a keen interest in IT. To persevere through the rejection, challenges, and disappointments of working in sales development, you need to have considerable tenacity and resolve. Identifying sales opportunities to drive brand awareness, listening to our prospects, and providing timely relevant information. The role offers a salary up to £40,000 plus commission, remote working and the opportunity for excellent career progression, with the ability to influence the success of a fast-growing business. You will receive a clear path for progression alongside full technical and sales training on our product portfolio, tools, and system training. What you’ll be doing

Achieve your monthly goals of securing an agreed number of qualified discovery meetings within target prospect accounts. Profiling and gathering intelligence of target accounts to ensure relevant and timely outreach. Outbound email and calling to generate opportunities. Working in collaboration with the digital marketing manager and the wider sales team to follow up on campaigns. Data obsessed- understand the power that data capture brings to building a picture of the prospect and their company. Plan and organize sales appointments to achieve client meetings/demo’s. Work closely with the Sales Teams to brief them on new, qualified leads, in a timely manner and substantiate the leads generated. Follow up on progression with leads taken up, understand the level of conversion, adopting best practice. Own inbound sales enquiries, to qualify and provide more relevant information as requested. Build a digital interaction to enable a true connection and ability to qualify buyer needs, project timeframes, and authority. Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role; particularly experience of identifying, profiling, and generating qualified leads and is looking for a new opportunity to progress in a career in B2B tech sales, with the goal of becoming a Business Development or Account Manager. Self-motivator, with a drive to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced industry, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement. Results driven, customer centric, data obsessed, and quality orientated with high attention to detail. Excellent oral (& listening) and written communication skills. Dutch speaking would be a huge advantage but not essential. Highly organized, with a keen interest in IT. Excellent teamwork and relationship building skills. The appetite and ability to learn and develop new knowledge and skills. Ability to travel (for internal in-person meetings and occasional event/trade show attendance). Skills/experience of working with: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, SalesNav, digital engagement/marketing automation tools. Other Information
