What you’ll own


  • Qualifies and prospects both inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities for the Sales Team.
  • Generates sales leads through outbound calling, digital channels and other lead generation programs.
  • Maintains sales leads documentation.
  • Develops sales strategies to draw in and solicit new potential customers.
  • Creates relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • May present product information to new and prospecting clients based on their perceived needs.
  • Moves solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls, as required.
  • Collaborates with sales executives to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring

  • Experience in a support level role.
  • General education – degree level not required – or vocational/on the job training.
  • Substantial understanding of the role, applying judgement in decision making.
  • Ability to work independently on routine work, whilst taking general instructions on new work.
