Sales Development Representative (SDR)

at hyperexponential, your mission will be twofold: Drive Market Education and Intelligence:

Educate key personas within our target accounts on hx Renew’s capabilities, fostering adoption and engagement.

Cultivate a Thriving Developer and Learning Community:

Build relationships with prospects and customers to grow a community of developers, actuaries, and underwriters around hx Renew. You’ll promote and increase traction for our

learning, development, and certification courses , helping industry professionals unlock the full potential of our platform.

Responsibilities Engage with prospects and customers to build community : Partner with key stakeholders to foster a developer and learning community around hx Renew. Drive interest and participation in hx’s

learning, development, and certification programs .

Drive awareness and engagement in target accounts : Introduce and educate actuaries, underwriters, and other personas on how hx Renew can transform their workflows.

Generate qualified meetings : Book high-quality discovery and new business meetings for Account Executives in your aligned Pod.

Maximise ROI on marketing efforts : Follow up with attendees of webinars, events, and campaigns to ensure strong conversion into opportunities.

Collaborate on marketing initiatives : Work with marketing to promote attendance and engagement at events, webinars, and other learning opportunities.

Nurture inbound leads : Manage non-aligned and net-new inbound leads to build initial relationships and pass them along for further qualification.

Team Alignment As part of the SDR Organisation, you’ll work closely with your Pod’s Sales Director, Account Executives, and marketing team to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

You’ll contribute to feedback loops with marketing, helping improve campaigns and ensuring alignment between demand generation and sales efforts.

Peer-to-peer collaboration within the SDR team will be key to developing a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.

Opportunities will open up to progress into more technical roles, customer success, strategic SDR or other roles within the business.

Persona No prior SDR experience is required—just ambition, a willingness to learn, and the drive to go the extra mile. We’re looking for people who are passionate about creating meaningful connections and contributing to a

developer-first, community-driven approach

to sales.
