When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month. To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB). Join the EVolution: In this position you’ll be joining the sales department, acting as an instrumental player in generating leads and building the foundation of our sales pipeline. Reporting directly to the SDR Team Lead, your main responsibilities will include: Generating high-quality leads for Pod Point’s Account Executives through proactive outreach efforts Maintaining accurate records of lead activity, pipeline stages, and outcomes in CRM systems, contributing to data-driven insights Building rapport with key decision-makers, gaining insight into their needs and aligning them with Pod Point’s offerings Introducing prospective clients to Pod Point’s EV charging solutions, articulating the value proposition and differentiators Electrify us with your skills: To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring experience in a competitive sales environment, with hands-on experience in Sales development and Lead Generation. We’re looking for someone with: Proven experience in a Sales Development, Lead Generation, or similar role Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple prospects and follow-ups Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and problem-solving mindset Excellent listening and questioning skills to uncover potential client needs Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
