Business team is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to promote and generate leads for a suite of established technical products aimed at improving business support across the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Technical Sales Consultant (TSC) by driving new business opportunities and helping to enhance the GC Business service offering. As a commercially driven not-for-profit, any surplus we make is reinvested into our services supporting growth that has real impact. Key Responsibilities

Search for and target new clients who might benefit from GC Business’ suite of technical products and/or services and maximize client potential in designated regions. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps. Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook. Personally achieve agreed sales targets. Utilise the CRM to keep track of admin, cold calls, and emails to generate new sales opportunities. Manage all agreed service requests ensuring they are followed up to the client’s satisfaction to drive sales and the achievement of individual and team targets. Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities. Support the Technical Sales Consultant with marketing and promotional activities. Provide monthly MI with accurate and meaningful information, as required. About You

Previous experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets. Capability to develop strong relationships with businesses, colleagues, and partners. Excellent communication and networking skills. Ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously and effectively balance priorities. Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills. Ability to diagnose wider business needs and identify support solutions to help businesses.
