Join our team as an Associate Outbound Sales Development Representative and drive revenue growth with your prospecting skills!
As a key member of our Sales Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with businesses that could be our future customers or are already in our eco-system and are looking to overcome challenges, solve a problem or deliver against their goals. Working with our industry-leading demand generation teams, you will reach out to those businesses enquiring or engaging with marketing content to educate them through insights and conversation, to inform how we can help them deliver their goals through our services.
About the team Our team is responsible for supporting customers at all stages in their journey with Sage, but primarily focuses on new customer acquisition. This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Newcastle office. Key Responsibilities

You are decisive, bold, and flex your approach and style to suit the situation. Collaborate with colleagues across Sage, including Marketing, Business Development, Sales Development, Product, and Customer Success to build and execute industry-aligned go-to-market plans. Confidently tell the Sage story, deeply understand the Sage solutions, proposition differentiators, and maintain market and vertical knowledge.
Requirements You regularly showcase your personal brand and professional presence, including the use of Social Media platforms. Your opportunities are driven by curiosity and include business insight with a desire to generate customer engagement. You build rapport readily and easily with customers. You're eager to learn and develop and enjoy working as part of a team. You're highly motivated and target-driven. You're resilient and have a driven approach.
Experience Required Experience working within an Outbound Sales environment. Proven experience of working towards and achieving targets. Comfortable with technology and navigating computer systems.
