ArisGlobal is looking for a Rockstar SDR (Sales Development Representative) to support outbound lead generation and inbound qualification efforts, delivering results against targets. The SDR role is a critical “tip of the iceberg” role in that it anchors inside sales and pipeline creation. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a sales development or sales role in SaaS environments, and the life sciences industry. This SDR will maintain a qualified sales pipeline via a combination of outbound activities, lead nurturing and deal qualification. The ideal SDR has a knack for building strong relationships with prospects and will be someone who has strength in the method of consultative selling. This individual will also maintain comfort within the fast-paced, start-up-like environment. In addition, someone who has a deep interest in developing their skills in prep for a future career as an Account Executive will do well here. Responsibilities

Develop strategies to support and obtain outbound sales-qualified lead quarterly targets. Qualify and convert viable inbound leads; assessing their needs and turning them into real opportunities for ArisGlobal’s sales team. Develop a solid understanding of ArisGlobal’s product and service offerings across safety, regulatory and data solutions. Manage and log activities in Salesforce.com and other reporting areas for proper opportunity tracking. Develop compelling outbound messaging that garners results and engagement. Manage business relationships to ensure that the clients' needs and requirements are met. Serve as an advocate for Sales while collaborating with the other teams. Work closely with ArisGlobal account executives, handing off qualified leads and supporting the downstream sales process as needed. Anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore, and uncover the business needs of key clients. Understand how our range of product offerings can grow key clientele business. Develop consultative selling skills via a combination of training and on-the-job experience. Serve as a strong team player, mentoring junior team members. Your Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field; 4-yr University/College required. 2-3 years in a Sales Development or Inside Sales role focused on Information Technology or Enterprise Software in a B2B context. SaaS/Life Sciences industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with lead and deal qualification and a deep understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle. Communications skills in

German

strongly preferred. Experience working directly with marketing and field sales teams to bring leads from interest to closure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – equally comfortable on the phone and email. Ability to effectively manage time and workload, work independently and multitask. Familiarity with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM and Microsoft office suite.
