The Role: Working in an exciting and fast-paced office environment, you will become one of our key team members in the development of our increasing customer profile. Dealing with customers over the telephone, offering products within their area of interest. Key to your position will be developing relationships with the current and established client base. Offering exclusive cross-sale products in alignment with their recent purchases, increasing both their coin and fine collectable collections. Responsible for selling a broad range of products, mirroring customers’ needs and wants. Providing excellent levels of customer service and customer rapport. Working to targets and expectations. Once Trained: Monday to Thursday rotating, 10am – 6pm, 11am-7pm, Friday 9am – 5pm. Every other Saturday 9am – 4pm with half a day in lieu. Contractual Hours: 8am – 8pm.
